11 Really Cool Website Ideas

  1. One Red Paperclip (http://oneredpaperclip.blogspot.com/)
This happened a while ago, but in case you don't remember -or were living under a rock- this man traded a red paperclip with more valuable and 14 trades later, ended up with a house! Check it out.

  2. Million Dollar Homepage (http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/)
Some guy sold each megapixel for a dollar each, and made a million dollars by selling advertising space.

  3. Stumble Upon (http://www.stumbleupon.com/)
This site lets you choose your interests, and then you simply push the Stumble button, and it will show you a neat site. I have never run across the same site twice and have never previously seen sites I was shown. Most of the sites and pictures are amazing.

  4. PostSecret (http://postsecret.blogspot.com/)
People send in their secrets on one side of a postcard, and then mail them in to Frank Warren. This is the site where he posts the ones he likes best every Sunday. He also has books.

  5. Popular Mechanic's "As seen on TV" Reviews (http://www.popularmechanics.com/asseenontv/)
This website is extremely helpful if you like to buy items off infomercials. There are reviews to tell you what is trash and what is gold.

  6. F*** My Life (http://www.fmylife.com/)
Ever had a bad day? F*** My Life is where you vent. Some of the stories are sad, funny or straight up dirty. Choose your pick.

  7. IMDb (www.imdb.com)
This has got to be one of the MOST helpful sites if you are a movie buff like myself. Can't remember an actors name? Want to know if your favorite novel is going to be a movie within the next 2 years? Want to see what other movies a certain actor has been in? This is the site that answers all those questions.

  8. Human Calendar (http://www.humancalendar.com/)
Before you even read this, go to the website. It's creative and cute :)

  9. Etsy (www.etsy.com)
Make home-made goodies? Are people jealous of your skill? Sell your items on this website.

  10. Twitter (www.twitter.com)
    Like blogging? Try microblogging.

  11. DeviantArt (www.deviantart.com)
DA is an amazing source for any kind of art. I find amazing photographic ideas on here. It's a good site to sell your work as well.
